I suppose I haven't upgraded because of my internet connection - I don't want to deal with frequent largish package updates which aren't present when the archive is frozen after the official release. Sure, they are of alpha quality. But I do think that at this point, Dapper is *almost* stable enough to be your regular desktop OS. Just fill it up with your own dose of packages, and you could be as happy as hell.

This should be the same as a regular Ubuntu release, without the additional polish brought about by the 6 week delay.
