		<description>+1 on the alpha quality not being as such.  I suppose I haven't upgraded because of my internet connection - I don't want to deal with frequent largish package updates which aren't present when the archive is frozen after the official release.

And yes, I can't wait for Dapper (well , actually I can lol)</description>

Sure, they are of alpha quality. But I do think that at this point, Dapper is *almost* stable enough to be your regular desktop OS. Just fill it up with your own dose of packages, and you could be as happy as hell.

Woohoo! I can't wait for the beta release. And of course, the Dapper release!
